Information we use in the app TCI_Service:
Access to the location
The App does not automatically record or send the position, it is stored on the device and sent to the headquarters only at the explicit request of the app user, or in the act of executing a report.
Access to the camera
The app stores and sends to the headquarters only the photos that the user intends to attach to the report, no other contents of the camera or image folder are recorded, manipulated or sent to the headquarters.
Other information
No personal information of the user is stored or transmitted. (for example: phone number, user's position, images, documents, nor other personal data).
The only information stored and transmitted by the app is only that relating to the report that the user intends to send to the headquarters.
Data protection
Allix srl has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the transmitted information from accidental loss, improper use and unauthorized access, as well as from unauthorized disclosure, alteration and destruction.
How information is disclosured
Allix may cooperate with third-party companies in relation to particular products or services. These third parties may have access to the information necessary to carry out their functions, insofar as they undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information. We reserve the right to divulge your information as required by law when such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court proceeding or court order.
Changes to the Privacy document
This document may be modified and/or supplemented at any time, at the discretion of Allix srl, if the undersigned company deems it appropriate.
